नदियाँ, समुद्र, पर्वत, सम्पूर्ण पृथ्वी, देवता, मनुष्य, पशु, वृक्ष, सरीसृप आदि सभी काल से उत्पन्न होते हैं और काल के कारण ही उनका नाश भी होता है। अतः इस सम्पूर्ण जगत् को काल-आश्रित जानकर शान्तचित्त रहो॥56-57॥
Rivers, oceans, mountains, the entire earth, gods, human beings, animals, trees, reptiles, etc. are all created by time and they also perish because of time. Therefore, knowing this entire world to be time-dependent, remain calm. ॥56-57॥
