हे वीर! इस दुष्ट वानर ने, जो दैत्यों का हित करने वाला था, संसार को महान् कष्ट पहुँचाया था; यह बड़े सौभाग्य की बात है कि आज वह तुम्हारे द्वारा मारा गया। ऐसा कहकर गुह्यकों सहित देवतागण अत्यन्त हर्षपूर्वक स्वर्ग को लौट गए। ॥22-23॥
"O brave one! This evil monkey, who was a benefactor of the demons, had caused great trouble to the world; it is a matter of great fortune that today he has been killed by you." Having said this, the gods along with the Guhyakas returned to heaven very joyfully. ॥22-23॥
