नीतोऽग्निश्शीततां बाणैर्द्राविता वसवो दिश:।
चक्रविच्छिन्नशूलाग्रा रुद्रा भुवि निपातिता:॥ ६२॥ |

| तत्पश्चात् भगवान ने बाणों की वर्षा करके अग्नि को शान्त किया और वसुओं को विभिन्न दिशाओं में भगा दिया। उन्होंने अपने सुदर्शन चक्र से त्रिशूलों के अग्रभागों को काट डाला और रुद्रों को पृथ्वी पर गिरा दिया। |
