| तत्पश्चात् राजा पुरुरवा ने दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ते हुए आनन्द के साथ कभी अलकापुरी के चैत्ररथ आदि वनों में और कभी सुन्दर कमलदलों से युक्त मानस आदि अत्यन्त सुन्दर सरोवरों में आनन्द करते हुए साठ हजार वर्ष व्यतीत किये। |
