तदनन्तर, लोगों के बीच सिंह के पदचिह्न दिखाई देने पर भी भगवान् उन पदचिह्नों का अनुसरण करते हुए चले और थोड़ी दूर पर ऋषियों के राजा द्वारा मारे गए सिंह को देखा; किन्तु उस मणि के महत्व के कारण, वे जाम्बवान के पदचिह्नों का भी अनुसरण करते चले गए। 38-39।
Then, even after being cleared by the lion's footprints being seen among the people, the Lord followed those footprints and at a little distance saw a lion killed by the king of the Rishes; but due to the importance of that gem, He followed Jambavan's footprints also. 38-39.
