इस प्रकार इच्छानुसार वेदों का पाठ पूरा करके बुद्धिमान शिष्य को चाहिए कि अपने गुरु की अनुमति लेकर उन्हें गुरुदक्षिणा देकर गृहस्थाश्रम में प्रवेश करे। ॥7॥
After having thus completed the recitation of the Vedas as per his wish, the intelligent disciple should, by taking the permission of his teacher, give him Guru Dakshina (guru-dakshina) and enter the grihasthashram (household stage). ॥ 7॥
