हे राजन! उपर्युक्त सभी पर्वों में बुद्धिमान पुरुष को प्रातःकाल, सायंकाल तथा मल-मूत्र के समय मैथुन नहीं करना चाहिए ॥123॥
O king! On all the aforesaid festival days, an intelligent man should not engage in sexual intercourse in the morning and evening and at the time of flow of stool and urine. 123॥
