[परमार्थ में] ज्ञान ही परब्रह्म है और [अज्ञान की उपाधि से] वह बंधन का कारण है। यह सम्पूर्ण जगत् ज्ञान से परिपूर्ण है; ज्ञान के अतिरिक्त कुछ भी नहीं है। हे मैत्रेय! ज्ञान और अज्ञान को ज्ञान ही समझो। ॥50-51॥
[In the ultimate sense] knowledge is the Supreme Brahman and [with the title of ignorance] it is the cause of bondage. This entire universe is full of knowledge; there is nothing other than knowledge. O Maitreya! Consider knowledge and ignorance as knowledge only. ॥ 50-51॥
