चन्द्रमा के पर्वों (पूर्णिमा) पर यह राहु सूर्य को छोड़कर चन्द्रमा के पास आ जाता है, और सौर पर्वों (अमावस्या) पर यह चन्द्रमा को छोड़कर सूर्य के पास चला जाता है ॥22॥
On lunar festivals (full moon) - this Rahu leaves the Sun and comes near the Moon, and on solar festivals (new moon) - it leaves the Moon and goes near the Sun. ॥22॥
