योगिनो मुक्तिकामस्य प्राणायामादिसाधनम्।
साध्यं च परमं ब्रह्म पुनर्नावर्त्तते यत:॥ ४५॥
अनुवाद
मोक्ष चाहने वाले योगियों के लिए प्राणायाम आदि साधन हैं और परम लक्ष्य परब्रह्म है, जहाँ से लौटने की आवश्यकता नहीं रहती ॥45॥
For the Yogis who desire liberation, Pranayama etc. are the means and the ultimate goal is the Supreme Brahman, from where there is no need to return. ॥ 45॥
