घर में जो भी धन, धान्य आदि होते हैं, चाहे मनुष्य कहीं (परदेश में) रहता हो, तो भी वे वस्तुएँ उसके मन में रहती हैं, और उनके नाश और दाह आदि की सामग्री भी उसमें विद्यमान रहती है। [अर्थात् घर में वस्तुएँ सुरक्षित रहने पर भी मनःस्थिति में वस्तुओं के नाश की भावना होने से वस्तुओं के नाश का दुःख मिलता है]॥67॥
Whatever money, grains etc. are there in the house, even if a person lives somewhere (in a foreign country), those things remain in his mind, and the materials for their destruction and burning etc. also remain present in him. [That is, even if the things in the house are safe, one gets the sorrow of destruction of things due to the feeling of destruction of things in the mental state]॥ 67॥
