अथ कर्मान्तरे राजा समाहूय महामुनीन्।
पार्थिवांश्च नरव्याघ्र: पण्डितान् नैगमांस्तथा॥ ४॥
पौराणिकान् शब्दविदो ये वृद्धाश्च द्विजातय:।
स्वराणां लक्षणज्ञांश्च उत्सुकान् द्विजसत्तमान्॥ ५॥
लक्षणज्ञांश्च गान्धर्वान् नैगमांश्च विशेषत:।
पादाक्षरसमासज्ञांश्छन्द:सु परिनिष्ठितान्॥ ६॥
कलामात्राविशेषज्ञाञ्ज्यौतिषे च परं गतान्।
क्रियाकल्पविदश्चैव तथा कार्यविशारदान्॥ ७॥
भाषाज्ञानिङ्गितज्ञांश्च नैगमांश्चाप्यशेषत:।
अनुवाद
तत्पश्चात्, धार्मिक अनुष्ठानों से मुक्त होकर पुरुषसिंह राजा श्री राम ने बड़े-बड़े ऋषियों, राजाओं, वेदों के विद्वानों, पुराणकारों, व्याकरण के विद्वानों, वृद्ध ब्राह्मणों, स्वरों और संकेतों को जानने वालों, गीत सुनने के इच्छुक ब्राह्मणों, सामुद्रिक और संगीत के संकेतों को जानने वालों, विशेष रूप से निगमागम के विद्वानों या नगर के लोगों, विभिन्न छन्दों के पाद, उनके दीर्घ-हृदय अक्षरों और उनके संबंधों को जानने वाले विद्वानों, वैदिक छन्दों के निपुण विद्वानों, हृद्य, दीर्घ आदि स्वरों के विशेषज्ञों, ज्योतिष में पारंगत विद्वानों, अनुष्ठान करने वालों, कुशल पुरुषों, विभिन्न भाषाओं और हाव-भाव तथा संकेतों को समझने वाले पुरुषों और सभी व्यापारियों को बुलाया।
Thereafter, after getting free from religious rituals, the Purushsingh King Shri Ram called great sages, kings, scholars of Vedas, mythologists, grammarians, old Brahmins, those who knew the notes and signs, Brahmins eager to hear songs, those who knew the signs of Samudrik and music, especially the scholars of Nigamaagama or the people of the city, the scholars who knew the feet of different meters, their long and short letters and their relations, the accomplished scholars of Vedic meters, the experts on the short, long etc. vowels, the scholars well versed in astrology, the performers of rituals, the skilled men, the men who understood different languages and gestures and signals and all the merchants.
