वहाँ से आगे उन्होंने बीस सर्गों तक गाया। तत्पश्चात् मध्याह्न हो गया। बीस सर्गों का गायन सुनकर भ्राता श्री रघुनाथजी ने भाई भरत से कहा - 'ककुत्स्थ! तुम इन दोनों महारथियों को शीघ्र ही अठारह हजार स्वर्ण मुद्राएँ पुरस्कार स्वरूप दे दो। इसके अतिरिक्त यदि वे कुछ और चाहते हों, तो वह भी शीघ्र दे दो।'॥17-18 1/2॥
From there onwards they sang for twenty cantos. Thereafter it was afternoon. After listening to the singing of twenty cantos, the brotherly Sri Raghunath said to brother Bharata - 'Kakutstha! You should quickly give eighteen thousand gold coins to these two great boys as a reward. Apart from this, if they wish for anything else, then give that too quickly.'॥ 17-18 1/2॥
