‘जैसे देवता लोग प्रजापति ब्रह्मा को महान् आत्मा और जगत् का स्वामी मानते हैं, वैसे ही हम और सब राजा लोग आपको महान् पुरुष और सम्पूर्ण लोकों का स्वामी मानते हैं - उसी दृष्टि से हम आपको देखते हैं॥ 11॥
‘Just as the gods consider Prajapati Brahma to be the great soul and the lord of the world, similarly we and all the kings consider you to be a great person and the lord of all the worlds - we look at you with the same perspective.॥ 11॥
