सुव्यक्तं राजदोषो हि भविष्यति न संशय:।
पुरे जनपदे चापि तथा बालवधो ह्ययम्॥ १८॥
अनुवाद
'अतः यह स्पष्ट है कि राजा ने नगर या राज्य में कहीं न कहीं अवश्य ही कोई अपराध किया होगा; तभी बालक की इस प्रकार मृत्यु हुई है, इसमें कोई संदेह नहीं है।'
‘Therefore it is clear that the king must have committed a crime somewhere in the city or the kingdom; that is why the child has died in this manner, there is no doubt about it.’
