हे राजन! सुनो, मैं तुम्हें बताता हूँ कि नगर के लोग चौराहों पर, बाजार में, सड़कों पर तथा वन और उद्यानों में भी तुम्हारे विषय में क्या-क्या भला-बुरा कहते हैं॥ 13॥
‘O King! Listen, I am telling you what good and bad things the people of the city say about you at crossroads, in the market, on the roads, and even in the forests and gardens.॥ 13॥
