यह सुनकर वैश्रवण ने अपने पास खड़े पितामह से कहा - 'प्रभो! मेरा उद्देश्य जगत् की रक्षा करना है, अतः मैं जगत् का रक्षक बनना चाहता हूँ।' ॥15 1/2॥
Hearing this, Vaishravana said to his grandfather standing near him - 'Lord! My intention is to protect the world, so I want to become the protector of the world.' ॥ 15 1/2 ॥
