| जो लोग धृष्टता के कारण हितकर बातों के स्थान पर अहितकर बातें कहते हैं, वे निश्चय ही उपदेश लेने योग्य नहीं हैं। अतः उन्हें इस कार्य से दूर रखना चाहिए। वे ही कार्य बिगाड़ने वाले हैं॥16॥ |
