अनुवाद
आकाश में उड़ते हुए मृगश्रेष्ठ हनुमानजी को नाना प्रकार के वृक्षों से सुशोभित लंका नामक एक द्वीप दिखाई दिया। उत्तरी तट की भाँति, समुद्र के दक्षिणी तट पर भी मलय नामक पर्वत और उसके बगीचे दिखाई दे रहे थे।
While flying in the sky, Hanuman, the best among the deer, saw an island named Lanka, decorated with various kinds of trees. Just like the northern shore, on the southern shore of the ocean also the mountain named Malaya and its gardens were visible.
