जो जल धाराओं से सेवित है, पक्षियों से संयुक्त है, जो गान विद्या वाले आचार्य तुम्बुरु आदि गंधर्वों के विचरण का स्थान है तथा ऐरावत आने-जाने का मार्ग है, जिसकी शोभा सिंह, हाथी, व्याघ्र, पक्षी और सर्प आदि वाहनों से जुते हुए स्वच्छ विमानों के उड़ने से बढ़ती है, जिसका स्पर्श वज्र और राख के समान भयंकर तथा प्रचण्ड अग्नि के समान तेजस्वी है तथा जिसने स्वर्गलोक को जीत लिया है, ऐसे पुण्यात्मा पुरुषों का महान भाग जिसका निवास है, जहाँ देवता के लिए बड़ी मात्रा में हविष्या का भार धारण करने वाले अग्निदेव सदैव भस्म होते रहते हैं, जिसे ग्रह, नक्षत्र, चन्द्रमा, सूर्य और तारे आभूषणों के समान सजाते हैं, जहाँ महान ऋषियों, गंधर्वों, नागों और यक्षों के समुदाय निवास करते हैं, जो जगत का आश्रय, एकान्त और पवित्र है, जहाँ गंधर्वराज विश्वावसु निवास करते हैं, जहाँ देवराज इन्द्र का हाथी विचरण करता है, जो चन्द्रमा और सूर्य का रक्षक भी है। वह इस चराचर जगत् के लिए शुभ मार्ग है, प्रकाशमान आकाश है। (चन्दोवा) जिसे स्वयं परमेश्वर ने रचा है, जो अनेक योद्धाओं से सेवित है और विद्वानों से आच्छादित है, उस वायुमय मार्ग में पवनरूपी हनुमानजी गरुड़ के समान वेग से विचरण करें। 174-180॥
