हे वानरों! तुम देखोगे कि मैं विशाल मेरु पर्वत के समान विशाल शरीर धारण करके आकाश को ढँककर आगे बढ़ूँगा, आकाश को निगल जाऊँगा, बादलों को छिन्न-भिन्न कर दूँगा, पर्वतों को हिला दूँगा और एकाग्रचित्त होकर आगे बढ़कर समुद्र को भी सुखा दूँगा॥ 21-22॥
O monkeys! You will see that, assuming a huge body like the mighty mountain Meru, I will proceed forward covering the heavens and swallowing the sky, I will shatter the clouds, shake the mountains and by leaping ahead with single-minded concentration, I will dry up even the ocean.॥ 21-22॥
