पूर्वकाल में इन्द्र ने इस गुफा को अपने वज्र से थोड़ा-सा भी नुकसान नहीं पहुँचाया था; किन्तु लक्ष्मण अपने पत्तों के समान तीखे बाणों से इसे छेद डालेंगे॥ 14॥
In the past Indra did little damage to this cave by striking it with his thunderbolt; but Lakshmana will pierce it with his sharp arrows like a leaf plate.॥ 14॥
