नयश्च विनयश्चोभौ यस्मिन् सत्यं च सुस्थितम्।
विक्रमश्च यथा दृष्ट: स राजा देशकालवित् ॥ ८ ॥
अनुवाद
जिसमें नीति, शील, सत्य और पराक्रम आदि सभी राजसी गुण यथावत् विद्यमान दिखाई देते हैं, वह देश, काल और काल के तत्त्वों को जानने वाला राजा है (ये सभी गुण भरत में विद्यमान हैं)। 8॥
The one in whom all the royal qualities like policy, modesty, truth and bravery etc. are seen to be present as they are, is the king who knows the elements of time, space and time (all these qualities are present in Bharat). 8॥
