| ‘धर्मात्मा राजा भरत इस पृथ्वी पर राज्य करते हैं। वे सत्यवादी, सरल और धर्म, अर्थ और काम के तत्त्व को जानने वाले हैं; इसलिए वे दुष्टों को वश में करने और सज्जनों पर दया करने में सदैव तत्पर रहते हैं।॥7॥ |
