| यदि राजा दण्ड देने में लापरवाही करता है तो उसे दूसरों के किये हुए पाप भी भोगने पड़ते हैं और जब वह उनका प्रायश्चित करता है तभी उसके पाप नष्ट होते हैं ॥ 34॥ |
