ऋष्यमूकात् स धर्मात्मा किष्किन्धां लक्ष्मणाग्रज:।
जगाम सह सुग्रीवो वालिविक्रमपालिताम्॥ १॥
अनुवाद
सुग्रीव, लक्ष्मण के बड़े भाई धर्मात्मा श्री राम को साथ लेकर महामुनि पुनः ऋष्यमूक से किष्किन्धपुरी की ओर चले, जो बालि के पराक्रम से सुरक्षित थी।
Taking along with Sugreeva, the virtuous Sri Rama, the elder brother of Lakshmana, the great sage again proceeded from Rishyamuka towards Kishkindapuri, which was protected by the valour of Vali.
