जीवितान्तकरं घोरं सादृश्यात् तु विशङ्कित:।
मूलघातो न नौ स्याद्धि द्वयोरिति कृतो मया॥ ३३॥
अनुवाद
मेरा वह भयंकर बाण शत्रु के प्राण लेने के लिए था, इसलिए तुम दोनों की समानता पर संदेह करके मैंने वह बाण नहीं छोड़ा। मैंने सोचा, कहीं ऐसा न हो कि हम दोनों का मुख्य उद्देश्य ही नष्ट हो जाए।'
That dreadful arrow of mine was meant to take the life of the enemy, therefore, being suspicious of the similarity between the two of you, I did not release that arrow. I thought, lest the main objective of both of us gets destroyed.'
