इन्द्र और ऋषि के वचनों के अनुसार मुझे विश्वास था कि एक दिन भगवान् राम अवश्य ही मेरे पाँव में आएँगे। इसी विचार से मैं इस शरीर को त्यागने के लिए प्रयत्नशील था॥17 1/2॥
‘As per the words of Indra and the sage, I was sure that one day, Lord Rama would certainly come into my clutches. Keeping this thought in mind, I was striving to give up this body.॥ 17 1/2॥
