विस्वरान् विविधान् नादान् मांसादा मृगपक्षिण:॥ ५॥
व्याजह्रुरभिदीप्तायां दिशि वै भैरवस्वनम्।
अशिवं यातुधानानां शिवा घोरा महास्वना:॥ ६॥ |

| मांसाहारी पशु-पक्षी कर्कश स्वर में पूजा स्थल के पास आकर विकृत स्वर में नाना प्रकार की भयंकर ध्वनियाँ निकालने लगे। तथा सूर्य की प्रभा से प्रकाशित दिशाओं में भयंकर सियार जोर-जोर से चिल्लाते और मुँह से अग्नि उगलते हुए राक्षसों के लिए अशुभ भैरव का गान करने लगे। |
