वहाँ वन की भूमि प्रायः समतल है और पिप्पली का वन उस आश्रम की शोभा बढ़ाता है। वहाँ पुष्पों और फलों की प्रचुरता है। नाना प्रकार के पक्षियों के कलरव से गुंजायमान उस सुंदर आश्रम के निकट अनेक कमल-सुशोभित तालाब हैं, जो स्वच्छ जल से भरे हुए हैं। उनमें हंस और करण्डव आदि पक्षी विचरण करते हैं और चक्रवाक उनकी शोभा बढ़ाते हैं। 38-39।
‘The land of the forest there is almost flat and the forest of Pippali enhances the beauty of that ashram. There is abundance of flowers and fruits there. Near that beautiful ashram, which is resonant with the chirping of various birds, there are various lotus-decorated ponds, which are filled with clean water. Birds like swans and Karandava are spread all over them and Chakravaka enhances their beauty. 38-39.
