'पिता रघुकुलनन्दन! मैंने आपके लिए यह सुखदायक शय्या बिछाई है। आप इस पर सुखपूर्वक सोएँ और विश्राम करें। यह सेवक (मैं) और इसके साथ के सभी लोग वनवासी होने के कारण दुःख सहन करने में समर्थ हैं (क्योंकि हम सभी दुःख सहन करने के आदी हैं); किन्तु आप सुखपूर्वक पले-बढ़े होने के कारण उसी के पात्र हैं। पुण्यात्मा! हम श्री रामचन्द्रजी की रक्षा के लिए सारी रात जागते रहेंगे।'
'Father Raghukulnandan! I have prepared this comfortable bed for you. You may sleep comfortably on it and take good rest. This servant (I) and all the people with him are capable of bearing pain due to being forest dwellers (because we all are used to bearing pain); but you are worthy of the same due to being brought up in comfort. Virtuous one! We will remain awake the whole night to protect Shri Ramchandraji. 3-4.
