या गति: सर्वभूतानां स्वाध्यायात् तपसश्च या।
भूमिदस्याहिताग्नेश्च एकपत्नीव्रतस्य च॥ ४३॥
गोसहस्रप्रदातॄणां गुरुसेवाभृतामपि।
देहन्यासकृतां या च तां गतिं गच्छ पुत्रक॥ ४४॥
अनुवाद
"स्वाध्याय और तप के द्वारा तुम भी उस परम ब्रह्म को प्राप्त हो जाओ जो समस्त प्राणियों का आश्रय है। बालक! तुम्हें भी वही गति प्राप्त हो जो भूमिदाता, अग्निहोत्री, एकपत्नीव्रती, सहस्र गौदान करने वाले, गुरु की सेवा करने वाले तथा महाप्रस्थान आदि द्वारा देह त्यागने वाले को प्राप्त होती है।"
“May you also attain the Supreme Brahma who is the shelter of all living beings through self-study and penance. Child! May you also get the same speed that is given to the land giver, Agnihotri, monogamous devotee, the one who donates a thousand cows, the one who serves the Guru and the one who leaves his body through Mahaprasthan etc.
