हे मनुष्यों के स्वामी! यदि कोई क्षत्रिय जान-बूझकर किसी वानप्रस्थी को, विशेषकर वानप्रस्थी को, मार डालता है, तो चाहे वह वज्रधारी इन्द्र ही क्यों न हो, वह उसे उसके पद से हटा देता है।
