क्या वे अपने पिता के वध के कारण क्रोधवश क्षत्रियों का वध नहीं करेंगे? उन्होंने पूर्वकाल में क्षत्रियों का वध करके अपना क्रोध प्रकट किया है। अब उनका बदला लेने का भय दूर हो गया है। अतः यह निश्चित रूप से कहा जा सकता है कि क्षत्रियों का वध उनके लिए अब वांछनीय नहीं है।॥21-22॥
‘Will they not kill the Kshatriyas out of resentment due to the killing of their father? They have vented their anger by killing the Kshatriyas in the past. Now their worry of taking revenge is over. Therefore, it can be said with certainty that killing the Kshatriyas is not desirable for them again.'॥ 21-22॥
