दातृप्रतिग्रहीतृभ्यां सर्वार्था: सम्भवन्ति हि।
स्वधर्मं प्रतिपद्यस्व कृत्वा वैवाह्यमुत्तमम्॥ १२॥ |

| क्योंकि समस्त दान-धर्म दाता और ग्रहणकर्ता के संयोग से ही संभव होते हैं; इसलिए तुम्हें विवाह के लिए आवश्यक शुभ कर्म करने चाहिए, उन्हें आमंत्रित करना चाहिए और अपनी कन्या का विवाह करके अपना धर्म निभाना चाहिए।॥12॥ |
