महर्षि वसिष्ठ ने राजा के द्वारा समय-समय पर उन बालकों के लिए जातकर्म आदि सब संस्कार करवाए थे। उनमें श्री रामचन्द्रजी सबसे ज्येष्ठ थे और अपने कुल की कीर्ति पताका फहराने वाले ध्वज के समान थे। वे ही अपने पिता के सुख को बढ़ाने वाले थे॥ 24॥
Maharishi Vasishtha had got all the rituals like Jaatkaram etc. performed for those children from time to time by the king. Among them, Shri Ramchandraji was the eldest and was like a flag hoisting the flag of glory of his clan. He was the one who increased the happiness of his father.॥ 24॥
