कर्म कुर्वन्ति विधिवद् याजका वेदपारगा:।
यथाविधि यथान्यायं परिक्रामन्ति शास्त्रत:॥ ३॥ |

| यज्ञ करने वाले सभी ब्राह्मण वेदों के पारंगत विद्वान थे; इसलिए वे न्याय और विधि के अनुसार उचित रीति से सब कार्य करते थे और शास्त्रानुसार कौन-सा कर्म किस क्रम से और किस समय करना चाहिए, इसका स्मरण करके प्रत्येक कार्य में प्रवृत्त होते थे॥3॥ |
