हे राजनश्रेष्ठ! जैसे देवताओं ने अजेय स्कन्द को सेनापति बनाकर दैत्यों पर विजय प्राप्त की थी, वैसे ही हम भी राजा शल्य को सेनापति बनाकर अपने शत्रुओं पर विजय प्राप्त कर सकते हैं॥ 21॥
