रणभूमि में पहुँचकर मैं तुममें से किसी एक के साथ युद्ध करूँगा और मुझे विश्वास है कि युद्धभूमि में मेरी विजय होगी। हे नरसिंह! आज मैं स्वर्णपत्रों वाली गदा की सहायता से वैरा के उस पार पहुँचूँगा, जहाँ किसी का भी जाना अत्यन्त कठिन है। 67-68।
‘On reaching the battlefield, I will fight with any one of you and I am sure that I will be victorious in the battle-field. O lion of men! Today, with the help of the golden-leafed mace, I will reach the other side of Vaira, where it is extremely difficult for anyone to go. 67-68.
