जैसे सवार मारे गए हाथी और हाथ कटे हुए मनुष्य ऐसी ही दुर्दशा में पड़ जाते हैं, वैसे ही भयभीत हुए हुए समस्त कौरव अर्जुन से भरे हुए सम्पूर्ण जगत को देखने लगे॥14॥
Just as elephants whose riders have been killed and human beings whose hands have been chopped off fall into a similar plight, all the Kauravas, afflicted with fear, began to see the entire world filled with Arjuna. ॥14॥
