संजय कहते हैं - हे राजन! आपके पुत्र के ऐसा कहने पर भी वे योद्धा वहाँ खड़े न रह सके। अर्जुन के बाणों से उन्हें बड़ी पीड़ा हो रही थी। भय के कारण उनकी कान्ति फीकी पड़ गई थी; अतः वे क्षण भर में ही सभी दिशाओं और कोनों में जाकर छिप गए।
Sanjaya says - O King! Even after your son said this, those warriors could not stand there. They were in great pain due to Arjuna's arrows. Their radiance had faded due to fear; therefore, in a moment they went and hid in all directions and their corners.
