हिमाचल प्रदेश के वे मदमस्त हाथी खूब सजे हुए थे। उनकी पीठ पर सुनहरे जालों के झूले पड़े थे और युद्ध के लिए उत्सुक कुलिंद वंश के कुशल योद्धा उन पर बैठे हुए थे। उस समय युद्धभूमि में वे हाथी आकाश में बिजली चमकाते हुए बादलों के समान प्रतीत हो रहे थे।
