कृती च चित्रयोधी च देशकालस्य कोविद:।
अनुवाद
क्योंकि कर्ण बलवान, अभिमानी, शस्त्रों का ज्ञाता, युद्धकला में निपुण, विचित्र प्रकार से युद्ध करने वाला और देश के भाग्य को समझने वाला है ॥26 1/2॥
Because Karna is strong, proud, knowledgeable in weapons, expert in warfare, one who fights in strange ways and understands the fate of the country. 26 1/2॥
