क्षत्रिय का मैल भिक्षावृत्ति है, ब्राह्मण का मैल वेद और शास्त्र के विरुद्ध आचरण है, पृथ्वी का मैल विदेशी हैं और स्त्रियों का मैल मद्र देश की स्त्रियाँ हैं।॥23॥
The filth of a Kshatriya is begging, the filth of a Brahmin is conduct contrary to the Vedas and Shastras, the filth of the Earth are the foreigners and the filth of women are the women of Madra country.'॥ 23॥
