‘द्रोणाचार्य ने ऐसी व्यूह रचना की है जिसका अग्र भाग रथ के आकार का और पृष्ठ भाग कमल के आकार का है। युद्ध से थके हुए सिंधुराज जयद्रथ कमल-मंडल के मध्य भाग में और पार्श्व भाग में सुशिख्यूह खड़ा रहेगा और अन्य वीर योद्धा उसकी रक्षा करते रहेंगे।॥27 1/2॥
‘Dronacharya has made such a formation whose front half is in the shape of a chariot and the back half is in the shape of a lotus. The war-weary Sindhuraj Jayadratha will stand in the middle of the central part of the lotus formation and in the side part of the Susikhyuha and other brave warriors will keep protecting him.॥ 27 1/2॥
