अकृष्टपच्या पृथिवी आसीद् वैन्यस्य कामधुक्।
सर्वा: कामदुघा गाव: पुटके पुटके मधु॥ ४॥ |

| यह पृथ्वी वेनंदन पृथु के लिए कामधेनु बन गई थी। उनके राज्य में बिना हल चलाए ही पृथ्वी से अन्न उत्पन्न होता था। उस समय सभी गौएँ कामधेनु के समान थीं। हर पत्ता मधु से भरा हुआ था ॥4॥ |
