नारदजी बोले, "सृंजय! ऐसा सुना है कि दुष्यंत के पुत्र राजा भरत भी मर गए हैं। उन्होंने बाल्यावस्था में वन में ऐसे कर्म किए थे, जिन्हें करना अन्य लोगों के लिए सर्वथा कठिन था॥1॥
Narada said, "Srunjaya! It is heard that King Bharata, son of Dushyant, has also died. He had committed such deeds in the forest in his infancy that were absolutely difficult for others to perform. ॥1॥
