नारदजी कहते हैं - हे राजन! ब्रह्माजी की यह बात सुनकर वह स्त्री हाथ जोड़कर उनके सामने खड़ी हो गई और मन में बहुत प्रसन्न हुई; किन्तु अपनी प्रजा के कल्याण की इच्छा से उसका मन वध करने में नहीं लगा।
Narada says - O King! On hearing Lord Brahma say this, the woman stood facing him with folded hands and was very happy in her heart; but due to the desire for welfare of her subjects, she did not concentrate on the task of killing.
