एका मूर्तिस्तपश्चर्यां कुरुते मे भुवि स्थिता।
अपरा पश्यति जगत् कुर्वाणं साध्वसाधुनी॥ २७॥
अनुवाद
मेरी एक मूर्ति इस पृथ्वी पर (बदरिका आश्रम में नर-नारायण रूप में) स्थित होकर तपस्या करती है। दूसरी मूर्ति (परमेश्वर रूप में) साक्षीभाव से संसार को शुभ-अशुभ कर्म करते हुए देखती रहती है। 27॥
An idol of mine is situated on this earth (in the form of Nar-Narayan in Badarika Ashram) and does penance. The second idol (in the form of God) keeps watching the world as a witness doing good and bad deeds. 27॥
