स पौरवं रथशक्त्या निहत्य
छित्त्वा रथं तिलशश्चास्य बाणै:।
छित्त्वा च बाहू वरचन्दनाक्तौ
भल्लेन कायाच्छिर उच्चकर्त॥ ८४॥
अनुवाद
फिर उसने अपने रथ के बल से पौरव को घायल करके बाणों से उसके रथ को तिल के बराबर टुकड़े-टुकड़े कर दिया और उसकी सुन्दर चन्दन से लिपी हुई दोनों भुजाओं को काटकर भाले से उसका सिर धड़ से अलग कर दिया ॥84॥
Then, having wounded Paurava with his chariot's power, he broke his chariot into pieces the size of a sesame seed with his arrows, and having cut off his two arms, which were beautifully smeared with sandalwood, he severed his head from the body with a spear. ॥ 84॥
